Senior Business Valuation Analyst

Present Position

Maureen is a senior valuation analyst in the firm's business valuation and litigation assistance department.  Her appraisal expertise includes both valuation and valuation-related consulting for entire business entities, business interests, and various debt and equity securities. Maureen specializes in fair market valuation for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).  Her industry experience includes, but is not limited to: apparel manufacturers and distributors, marketing consulting firms, engineering services firms, machinery manufacturers, wholesale distributors, professional services firms, investment companies, insurance agencies, surgical centers, and automobile leasing companies.

Academic and Professional Credentials
Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.  She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers.

Professional Affiliations
Maureen is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and The ESOP Association.  She is a member of The ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Valuation, and recently served as the President of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.  Maureen is also on the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving's Professional Advisory Committee.
