Senior Business Valuation Analyst

Present Position
John is a senior valuation analyst in the firm's business valuation and litigation assistance department. He has experience in performing business valuations for litigation purposes such as matrimonial dissolutions and shareholder disputes, as well as for non-litigation purposes such as estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and employee stock ownership plans. John has testified as an expert witness in business valuation and has lectured on the topic to various trade and professional organizations. His other areas of experience include income tax compliance and financial statement analysis.

Academic and Professional Credentials
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from Quinnipiac University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Connecticut, Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers - Business Valuation Discipline, and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Professional Affiliations
John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Appraisers, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (National and Connecticut Chapters), and serves on the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts' Professional Continuing Education Committee.
