Senior Business Valuation Analyst

Present Position
Vlad is a senior valuation analyst in the firm's business valuation and litigation assistance department. He has 14 years of experience in business valuation, litigation assistance and forensic accounting, audit and related services. He has performed numerous valuations for a variety of purposes, including tax, bankruptcy, mergers/acquisitions, and litigation. He has valued public and closely held entities, including both controlling and minority equity interests. The subjects of his valuations include common equity shares, interests in partnerships and other pass-through entities, derivatives, fixed income instruments, and intangible assets.

Academic and Professional Credentials
Vlad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He has completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Connecticut. He is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers.
