The MHP team strategically formulates and analyzes alternative deal structures and establishes market value analysis for both buy-side and sell-side clients. We use our access to databases which cover transactions in the same industry as the subject company to establish the amounts that buyers and sellers have been transacting for similar companies.  This analysis is used in conjunction with cash flow projections in order to provide both a historical and a future basis for our valuation conclusions.
